Support the Event

The National Fitness Foundation (NFF) was established by an act of Congress in 2010 primarily to facilitate investments and partnerships in support of the President’s Council on Sports, Fitness & Nutrition. The President’s Council is a federal advisory committee composed of 30 athletes, chefs, health experts, Olympians, and others who work to engage, educate, and empower all Americans to lead healthy and active lives.As the President’s Council receives limited government funding, the National Fitness Foundation is the principal patron of the President’s Council’s initiatives and programming.

Currently, the National Fitness Foundation is seeking funding from individuals and organizations in support of the One Lacrosse Gathering Celebration. Beyond financial contributions, there are numerous other ways to support the One Lacrosse Gathering Celebration. Sharing information about the event on your social media channels can help spread the word and increase attendance. Additionally, you can support this event by reaching out to local organizations, schools, and community groups to encourage their participation. Your efforts in raising awareness are invaluable to the success of this celebration and we hope that you will join us in person on the day of the event.
